We are one of Gravesham’s Largest Grassroots Football Clubs

As a voluntary community club, Riverview FC was established in 2018 with the primary aim of providing opportunities for local youth to both play and develop in football. Today, we are proud to be one of Gravesham’s largest grassroots football clubs. Our vibrant club currently supports 35 teams, spanning all age groups from our youngest Under 6s right through to our veteran players.

We are continuously expanding, having recently welcomed a new Under 12 girls team to complement our existing Under 9s girls team, alongside our thriving mixed Under 11s squad. Looking ahead this year, our goal is to introduce even more girls teams and establish a dedicated ladies team. We also plan to launch weekly ‘Just Play’ sessions for men and women over 30, offering a relaxed way to enjoy the sport and boost fitness without the commitment of regular team play.

RFC – VISION AND VALUES

  • To provide the community with a safe, fun and friendly environment to play youth Football.
  • To educate, and aid players knowledge and understanding of the game through structured and challenging coaching practices.
  • To help aid and support players with essential lifelong skills such as communication, responsibility, reliability, teamwork and respect that are transferable in all aspects of life.
  • To foster a sense of community and to create well rounded and polite individuals who have high expectations of themselves and can demonstrate self-motivation, sensitivity and respect for others.
  • To offer a platform to support and aid players with potential opportunity to go identified and offered potential trial within a professional football club.

RFC is affiliated with Kent FA and compete in the following leagues within the South East of England.

  • Miss Kick Kent Girls and Ladies Football League
